We took this small, ocean-side condo out of the 80s and into the now, reworking every room for better flow, storage, and light. What started ultra-dated is now a layered coastal retreat: sightlines opened, awkward hallways closed off, and every finish considered for comfort and calm. Shiplap, brick, and grasscloth add warmth without clutter; a custom sectional anchors the living space for family gatherings. In the primary suite, new French doors frame the view while built-ins and a muted palette keep things crisp and effortless. Every detail was chosen to let the space live as easy as its shoreline setting.
