Quiet. Considered. Completely Theirs.

Not every home starts with a blank slate. Sometimes, you inherit choices you’d never make—and that’s where the real work begins. Our portfolio is a collection of those second chances: spaces where rushed decisions get reimagined, blank walls find their purpose, and every detail is shaped by how you actually want to live. If you’re after rooms that feel resolved, personal, and built for real life, you’re in the right place.

Brick & Patina

Brick & Patina began with a historic shell and a clear intention: honor what was there, then make it work for how life actually unfolds. Original details were preserved where they mattered, while new layers added warmth, texture, and function. The result is a downtown retreat that feels grounded, confident, and comfortably lived-in.

Project 95

A whole-home renovation shaped around real life, not spectacle. Set across a double lot, this project focused on reworking flow, restoring coherence, and designing for a multigenerational family without erasing the home’s history. Every space was reconsidered with restraint—bold where it mattered, quietly practical everywhere else.

Organic Elegance

This project wasn’t about starting over, but about editing what was already there. Working within the home’s existing architecture, the focus was on refinement—softening transitions, introducing warmth, and giving overlooked moments a sense of purpose. The result is a space that feels calm, resolved, and unmistakably personal.

Moody & Contemporary

A builder-grade spec home with good bones and no point of view. The brief wasn’t to reinvent it, but to reveal what it could be. Through layered color, tailored built-ins, and lighting that shifts the mood from day to night, the house was edited into something quieter, warmer, and far more intentional. A home designed to live beautifully now, and age into its next chapter without apology.

Kase's Kastle

A house reshaped slowly, with purpose. Rather than a single dramatic overhaul, this project unfolded in phases, each one refining flow, function, and feel. The result is a home that feels cohesive without feeling designed all at once, grounded in real life and built to evolve.

Coastal & Contemporary

This Siesta Key condo began as a series of tight, compartmentalized rooms that didn’t reflect how the homeowners actually lived or gathered. Rather than chasing trends, the approach focused on opening sightlines, refining circulation, and letting the coastal setting lead. Walls were edited, not erased. The kitchen was re-anchored as the heart of the home, layered with warmth through custom cabinetry, textured materials, and an understated mix of brick, wood, and metal. The result is a space that feels calm, cohesive, and quietly generous—designed to flex effortlessly between everyday life and full-house weekends.
