I have always loved interior design. I remember spending hours and hours sketching elevations and floor plans in notebooks as a kid. In the tiny midwestern town I grew up in, interior design was not a career option I ever considered. As I got older and broadened my horizons, I fell in love with interior design. I moved to Florida to help my dad renovate several properties he had purchased and wanted to flip. I enjoyed the process and purchased my own “fixer-upper” at age 22. While renovating and staging houses for my dad (and working on my own home), I came across an opportunity to work in the event production and design industry. I ended up curating events around the community for over nine years, but when COVID shut down the event industry, I knew it was time for a change. I decided to go back to my first passion: interior design; I haven’t looked back.
I love the way interior design can completely change the way my clients feel in their home. The emotional aspect of design is powerful, and I am grateful for the opportunity to enrich my client’s lives through their home. It sounds silly but it is true: when you feel happy, relaxed, and inspired in your home your quality of life changes.
Amery, Wisconsin. I moved to Sarasota in 2011 to escape the cold and live where I grew up vacationing.
It changed throughout the years: I remember wanting to be a teacher, a psychologist, or a fashion stylist. Oh! And an an actress after winning an award in “Drama Club” (I thought I was a pro after that).
I grew up on a farm in Wisconsin. We had horses and both of my grandparents who lived nearby were dairy farmers!
I kind of miss the days when it was OK to be bored. We are constantly stimulating our minds through technology and social media. I think boredom is good, especially for kids. It gives them the opportunity to use their imagination. I think as adults, we are highly focused on productivity and maximizing every minute of the day. I don’t like that I have to schedule time to meditate in order to break from life’s hustle and bustle.
I love organizing! Going through messy drawers and cabinets to make sense of it all brings me joy.
Happy happy birthday to my favorite person in the entire world. My water loving, hard working, golf obsessed, super fun, incredibly loyal, insanely intelligent, super dad of a husband. I love living life with you. 💙

This PINK sofa 💕
The framed vintage @hermes scarf ✨
I couldn’t be happier with how this fun project is turning out. The style is New Traditional with a playful, coastal twist. We mixed several vintage pieces into the design, added fringe and trim to every pillow, did a herringbone floor, oh and every room but one is wallpapered. 😍 SO. MUCH. FUN.
@chicteamjill and I have been working on this one for over a year and we are almost to the finish line. 👏👏🤍🤍

Happy 2023 from the Eisemann family. 🤍
We are working towards earlier bedtimes for everyone (especially Derek and me), more dinners together at the table, and getting some use out of our passports this year. ✈️ This holiday season has been so magical for our family. Now we are heading to the beach to start the year off right. 🌊☀️

Throwback to @chicteamjill and my McClellan Park Primary Bath Project from earlier this year. 🖤🤍🔥
Our clients needed as much storage as possible, but keeping the bathroom feeling open and spacious was important to them. We had this custom vanity made and utilized every square inch available with drawers. We selected these lighted medicine cabinet mirrors for even more toiletry storage. Not pictured is the framed full length mirrored cabinet to the left of the towel hook. I love the reeded wood look tile and the warm and contemporary feel of the design.

I love a soft color palette in a primary bedroom. Neutrals and blues are my go-to’s for my own home… and my wardrobe. 😊💙🤍 One of the questions I always ask a new client is “What colors do you wear the most and feel best in?” Typically the colors you wear and feel confident in are the same ones you gravitate towards in design. #primarybedroom #neutrals #calming #bedroomcolors #interiordesign
