This Longboat Key condo was built in the 1990’s and was in original condition. The homeowners have family in town and use this as a vacation home. A full remodel of this top floor unit was in order and the clients requested neutral architectural finishes with pops of color in art and décor. We removed walls around the dining area and created a custom glass enclosure around the den that doubles as a third bedroom. Instead of traditional recessed can lighting, linear LED lighting integrated with the drywall was added. The primary bathroom features a ceiling mounted tub filler and steam shower.
