Neutral tones, natural wood, and a custom built-in anchor the family spaces, while a reworked kitchen and dry bar add both function and warmth—every detail designed to make this house feel like home.

What began as a light update became a full rethink of this Siesta Key condo—reworking layout, flow, and finishes for clarity and calm. A bold blue kitchen, sculptural furnishings, and custom millwork anchor the design, turning every room into a purposeful, modern retreat with nothing wasted.

It’s not like a regular house, it’s a cool house (Mean Girls, anyone?) After transforming the outdoors into a private park-like setting, the homeowners’ attention quickly turned to the dated interiors. What originally started as a remodel of their kitchen and the adjacent spaces soon morphed into a multi-year whole home remodel. The floorplan was reworked to fit the family’s needs, creating better flow so no more ‘walk by’ spaces! Thoughtfully planned out organization and storage was a high priority throughout the home, especially in the kitchen (and that dreamy pantry!) The materials and colors reflect the casual elegance of the homeowner’s lifestyle while the unexpected moody accents provide edgy accents.
