The homeowners called me in a panic when their unit flooded, damaging the wallpaper and most of the flooring. This literally ‘opened the floodgates’ for changing other things. We realized that we could take advantage of this situation to update the space, which was a smart thing to do. Not only was the flooring and wallpaper updated, but we gave the kitchen a dramatic facelift as well. Go bold or go home!
