After removing a wall in the kitchen, the space allowed for many possibilities. We not only transformed the kitchen, but also the primary bathroom and two guest bathrooms. These updates brought brightness to the space, revealing the Contemporary Coastal feel the clients desired.

The Savoy
The condo features two offices and multiple living spaces. A big selling point was the separation of rooms: the kitchen is closed off from the main living areas which suits our client’s style of entertaining. The goal for this project was to integrate the homeowner’s art and furniture and add new pieces with texture and depth.

This new-construction condo was a two-and-a-half-year project that allowed us to form a close relationship with the clients, which resulted in a thoughtful and personal home for retirement. They travel the world and collect art and memories that we were able to integrate into the rooms.
