Modern Mood, Coastal View

What began as a light update became a full rethink of this Siesta Key condo—reworking layout, flow, and finishes for clarity and calm. A bold blue kitchen, sculptural furnishings, and custom millwork anchor the design, turning every room into a purposeful, modern retreat with nothing wasted.

Boyce Street

A three-and-a-half-year renovation turned this West of the Trail property from lackluster to luxury, expanding and reworking every space for light, flow, and comfort. With a new guest house, pool, and open living areas, the result is a true tropical retreat designed for easy living and sunny escapes.

Contemporary Colonial

A new-construction home for a young family of five. We created a classic and charming space that exudes elegant simplicity. Not only is it beautiful, it is full of function: every detail of this home reflects the family’s lifestyle and preferences.

Quiet Luxury

This modern downtown Sarasota condo blends light, neutral finishes with soft blue accents and rich textures, all tailored to new construction’s unique challenges. Thoughtfully scaled furnishings and curated lighting create a bright, inviting space with one-of-a-kind city views.

Old-School Glamour

Past clients enlisted our help once again when it became time to update their kitchen.

South Shade

After removing a wall in the kitchen, the space allowed for many possibilities. We not only transformed the kitchen, but also the primary bathroom and two guest bathrooms. These updates brought brightness to the space, revealing the Contemporary Coastal feel the clients desired.

Bent Tree

Past clients enlisted our help once again when it became time to update their kitchen.

The Savoy

The condo features two offices and multiple living spaces. A big selling point was the separation of rooms: the kitchen is closed off from the main living areas which suits our client’s style of entertaining. The goal for this project was to integrate the homeowner’s art and furniture and add new pieces with texture and depth.

The Ritz Carlton

This new-construction condo was a two-and-a-half-year project that allowed us to form a close relationship with the clients, which resulted in a thoughtful and personal home for retirement. They travel the world and collect art and memories that we were able to integrate into the rooms.
